Exceed and Excel's Performance Overhaul is a specialized program for the corporate group. It is a unique package which will give management and employees all the help they need in terms of staying physically healthy in order to boost and enhance productivity.

A fit and healthy team will be less likely to take sick days or have fewer work place injuries than an unfit and sedentary team. Firstly, our team from Exceed and Excel will increase your team's overall health. We provide solutions to overcome their road blocks using proven methods and work on setting team goals which promotes team building and continual accountability towards reaching their goals.

Our next session works on productivity and performance. This area focuses on regulating their body clock and their natural energy levels to give them greater productivity. This is achieved by setting a work environment that supports each individual's needs. This produces employer who work smarter and not harder!

Our last session is both motivating and inspiring. This workshop contains the formula to overcome obstacles, plateaus and daily challenges that life throws at us. Its presented by entertaining speaker Julie McCabe, who talks from her own life experiences.

People who are interested in achieving better health or weight loss tend to say all the right things. However, but their behaviour invariably lets them down. "My goal is to lose 5kg" which sounds nice, but what you eat at the service station on the way home from work shows your commitment to your goal. Committed people get out of bed on cold mornings, lock-in appointments and make themselves accountable to others.

Julie McCabe is an entertaining speaker who talks first hand of the journey she made to lose and maintain over 30kg. Her approach is simple and doesn't involve 'quick fix' or the latest celebrity diet, it involves making small lifestyle changes you can stick with for life. Julie speaks through experience on how to break habits, beat plateaus and to re-spark you motivation to give you the results you desire.

Each workshop runs for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the work environment.

At Exceed and Excel, we recommend that you space out each workshop by two or three weeks as this will allow us to perform group goals and gives your staff time to develop healthy habits.
